Salting tank
Container designed principally for curing hams. It can be however used for other types of curing.
The base is designed with a seriess of holes that allows liquids to be removed.
MATERIALS: Made of stainless steel. The base and sides of the container are 2 mm thick. The columns and the base frame are made in sturdy high-profile angle and high resistance.
